1. How is the mat fixed in place?

Suction cups on the back hold it on the floor, or you can press it onto a smooth wall or tiles at your cat's shoulder height. No drilling, screws or tape are needed, and there is a hanging hole as well.

2. Is it gentle on the coat?

Yes. The nubs are made of TPR, a soft rubber that feels pleasant against the nose and cheeks. They stand upright so they reach the skin without pulling at the coat.

3. How do I clean it?

Rinse it in lukewarm water when it starts to look full of fur, then leave it to air dry. Once a week is usually enough.

4. What size is the mat?

It measures 27.5 x 27.5 cm with a height of 3 cm including the nubs, and weighs 420 g. It comes in pink, blue and grey.

5. How do I get my cat to use it?

Start on the floor where your cat already rubs itself, such as by a door frame, and give it a few days. A little catnip in the nubs usually gets curious cats trying it sooner. It suits cats and kittens with short or long coats.
